Artwork Requirements
Please forward electronic artwork for imprint orders to art@nordicpremiums.com.

Artwork Fees
Artwork clean-up, touch-ups, typesetting, or re-sizing requiring less than 1/2 hour is free. Any additional artwork time spent by the Nordic Premiums will be billed at $25 USD (v) per 1/2 hour. Nordic Premiums will only notify you of this additional charge if it exceeds 1/2 hour of additional time or $25 USD (v). Add one day to standard lead times. If you send low resolution artwork, we will assume that you want us to clean it and will bill you accordingly.

Logo Placement and Sizing
Unless a specific size is indicated on your purchase order, Nordic Premiums will determine the most appropriate size for your imprint. If no imprint area is indicated, we reserve the right to decorate in the area most suitable for the artwork and method specified.

Acceptable File Formats
Embroidery
    * DST. If digitizing services are required, please send art in an acceptable camera-ready format

All Other Methods
    * Vector artwork is preferred (.eps, .ai, or .cdr). Vector graphics are composed of paths, while raster files are composed of pixels. Raster file artwork, more commonly called bitmap, is not recommended.
    * PC format vector artwork is preferred

NOTE: Artwork received in a format other than vector may result in additional art charges.
